STEP 1

Introductory Call

Our strategy for wealth management differs from other organizations. On this initial call, an advisor will walk you through our process and the rationale behind each step, so you have a clear picture of what we mean by “tailored wealth management.”

STEP 2

Discovery Meeting

The foundation of your financial success begins with clarity. During our Discovery Meeting, we’ll take time to explore your financial landscape in depth, going beyond the numbers to uncover your values, priorities, and aspirations. This meeting is open and collaborative — you’ll bring your key documents and questions, and we’ll ask the right questions to gain a clear picture of your needs, relationships, and resources.

This meeting gives our team what we need to identify both challenges and opportunities to lay the groundwork for solutions that align your wealth with the life you want to lead.

STEP 3

Investment Plan Meeting

With a clear understanding of your financial picture, we will come back together in our Investment Plan Meeting. First, we’ll review the insights gathered in our Discovery Meeting to confirm we accurately understood everything you shared. Then, we’ll walk through our initial investment strategy recommendation, designed to align with your long-term financial goals and wealth management plan.

At this stage, there are no fees or commitments. Our goal is to provide complete transparency, allowing you to fully understand the work we would do for you before you make a decision.

If you’re ready, we can formalize our partnership during this meeting through a mutual commitment. However, you can always take the time after the meeting to reflect and ask additional questions before moving on with your decision.

STEP 4

Mutual Commitment Meeting

If you have any additional questions following the Investment Plan Meeting, our advisors will address those as well as make any fine-tuning adjustments during our Mutual Commitment Meeting. During this meeting, we’ll process any paperwork needed to get your wealth management plan started.

STEP 5

Advanced Planning Meeting

Once your foundational financial plan is in place, we take it a step further with advanced planning. This means collaborating with your other advisors — such as estate planners and tax professionals — to address complex financial considerations beyond traditional investment management, including legacy planning and strategic tax approaches. We’ll also establish a timeline and progress meeting rhythm that keeps you informed and supports continued growth of your plan.
