As Administrative Assistant at Resolute Wealth Advisor, Lauren supports clients and the advisory team with day-to-day account administration and client service. She helps coordinate client requests, assists with documentation and recordkeeping, and provides support to the advisors. Her goal is to make each client interaction efficient and positive.

Before joining Resolute, Lauren spent nearly 10 years working in human resources across the finance, oil and gas, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. Her experience included recruiting, 401(k) and benefits administration, process improvement, and helping employees navigate questions, important decisions, and transitions.

Lauren holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Findlay and an MBA from Tiffin University.

Born and raised on a farm in Alvada, Lauren credits her upbringing with teaching her the value of a strong work ethic. She now lives just outside of New Riegel with her husband and their four children, Shane, Andie, Bodie, and Luke. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active, coaching softball in her community, and catching a game in person whenever she can.
